Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Twice a day is ideal — once in the morning and once before bed. Sixty seconds each time is all you need.

Will it help with breakouts?

It won't treat acne, and any product that claims to should be treated with suspicion. What it does is remove the makeup residue, excess oil and daily buildup that hands leave behind — which is often what clogs pores in the first place. Many people notice clearer-looking skin within a few weeks.

How is silicone better than a normal brush?

Nylon bristles are porous. They hold moisture, and bacteria settle in between uses. Silicone is completely non-porous, so it rinses clean and never becomes a home for anything. It's also far gentler — no scratching, no micro-tears.

How do I track my order?

You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships. Tracking can take 3–7 days to activate, so don't worry if it shows nothing at first.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

In most cases, no — under 5% of parcels are inspected. If your country does charge duties, those fees are set by your customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility.

Can I change my address after ordering?
