30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

• In the same condition you received it
• Unused and unopened, with the seal intact
• In its original packaging, with all accessories included

You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on brushes that have been opened or used, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. This is standard for personal care products and protects every customer who orders from us.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hqlove19@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

We'll reply within 24 hours with the return address and step-by-step instructions.

Please do not send anything back before contacting us. Items sent without an approved return request cannot be accepted or refunded.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover everything.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us at hqlove19@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or a short video of the issue

We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No return shipping needed in most cases.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund was approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't received it, contact us at hqlove19@gmail.com and we'll chase it up.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return, and place a new order once your return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used items, for hygiene reasons (see above)
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

The item must be returned in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they haven't shipped yet.

Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
